is it true garlic is just as good as an antibiotic? i might have a gum infection and my dentist was always cancelling appts so could i just take that?

Garlic: Garlic is great in foods and it is claimed that it has several health related benefits. It is not an antibiotic substitute, and neither will it cure rotten teeth or gum disease. Find another dentist.
