Good for you!: Creatine is safe and quite effective. Ask your physician whether an electronic muscle stimulator unit is for you. Protein powder can help. These are the best. Very glad that your question implies you are not going to use steroids. Every gym guy i've known who's tried them has been sorry. They make you grumpy or worse, there are real health risks, it's cheating & most women prefer natural-looking.
