Nutrition & exercise: Good nutrition & regular exercise are key to health & muscle, too. Eat lean protein w/every meal and even between meal snacks. Aim for approximately 1g of protein for every pound of body weight. But don't forget brightly & darkly colored fruits & vegetables as well as whole grains w/lots of fiber. And drink plenty of water to wash all this done. Then exercise like crazy! well, safely anyway!
