Eat healthy: Amino acids are found in food that we eat in the form of protein. If you have a balanced diet that includes meats, dairy you are most likely getting all the Amino Acids (or protein) that you need. Save you money and hit the gym. There is no magic pill to make you more muscular. Good luck
