Anxiety &: inattention. I'm a clinical psychologist & doctor of natural medicine. What I read on Alpha Stim looks reasonable. You might be better served by seeing a clinical psychologist who does neurofeedback or biofeedback because you can receive treatment focused on your specific situation.
