Get seen: You probably already have a pretty good idea about whether your life is being derailed by the way your mind works, by your living situation, or both. You do not have to endure this and there's help if you can hook up with an evidence-based mental health practitioner. Perhaps intervention in your life situation, teaching you new ways to manage your thoughts, possible rx. Choose wisely, be proactive.
