Discuss w/ Provider: It is very important for your psychiatrist to know that you continue to have a high level of anxiety. It is very possible that adjustments can be made in your medicines to give you more benefit. In addition, if you are not already involved in therapy you will want to discuss that as well. Also, consider other strategies such as relaxation training and medication. Don't give up!

Anxiety: See your psychiatrist. You obviously need a medication review. Good luck !
