Alpha Stim website: reports "CES is an FDA-approved, non-invasive treatment modality for pain, insomnia, anxiety, and/or depression in clinical and home settings." Reports claim it is safe and the only significant side effect is headache. Electrical stimulation devices and treatments are becoming more acceptable. There are many welcome treatments for anxiety, many non-medicinal. Best regards for good health.
