I think so: I think that if you've never had this problem before, and you had been drinking that same day before the test, then it's certainly possible the alcohol caused an acutely elevated lipase level. If you drink on a daily basis, though, it's also possible that irbid always a little elevated. Maybe repeat the lipase lab when not drinking to check, ok?
