Have had slightly elevated lipase levels twice over past 8 months (80 and then 61 - reference range to 60). drink very rarely. never had acute pancreatitis. have recently had a normal ct scan. what would cause these abnormal levels?

Relax : Some folks run a high-ish lipase. If you feel well, relax. In pancreatitis it is maybe 5x the upper limit of the reference range or more. Reference ranges are set arbitrarily so that several percent of folks fall above.
