I am six weeks with cast for my wrist fracture just the past few days my fingers are swollen should i be concerned?

Your cast may be: too tight and therefore constricting blood flow in and out of your hand. I would call your orthopedic or emergency room doctor and have them revise the cast ASAP. You do not want to wait until the hand has gone numb, purple, or lose circulation. At least they should take a look at it. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
