Fractured 5th metacarpal. put in cast. 2 days ago. fracture occurred 10days ago. hand feels like it keeps falling asleep. fingers not discolored (other than bruises) nor any colder than good hand. is this falling asleep feeling normal/ok?

No. You need to be seen immediately by the doctor that put the cast on or the EMERGENCY room. The fact that you’re feeling numbness indicates the cast is putting pressure on a nerve and it could cause permanent damage
