My impression is that the cast is too tight and should be checked by your physician or orthopedic specialist who is treating you.

Swelling 6 weeks out from fracture with cast is usually normal. The numbness and tingling could either be from carpal tunnel which can develop with a wrist fracture or from the cast being too tight you should be assessed by the treating orthopedist
