Pregnant or not?: Snacking/grazing has a tendency to add addn calories during the day- if you are not eating 3 sq meals- balanced meals/day and find that you are a grazer- make sure that your grazing habits are balanced- increase fiber/fruit and veggies, then protein and carbs should help maintain a healthy weight not processed carbs- bakery goods or sweets.
