Yes: As a ringside physician, i've known beginning boxers with tremendously massive abdominal muscles that are not yet visible because they have not yet gotten to their best boxing weight, with very little body fat. Whether you count calories, do a lot of cardio, and/or just watch what you eat, if you have a fair amount of ab muscle and almost no trunk fat, you'll have your sixpack.
