Quality + Quantity: Yes you can, and yes it is difficult. But do-able. Log what you eat, how much, and for how long x3days. Use an app (like Myfitnesspal) or paper (eating day book on my site). See what's high quality, and what's not. Substitute high for low. e.g Low quality: soda, sugary bev, candy: highly processed e.g high quality: recognizable whole foods. Use a 6" plate for each meal: eat only what fits.

Trying to Lose Wt: Loosing weight is just like gravity...It's a _____! The basics are true and proven. What goes in must be used or it goes into storage otherwise known as fat. Counting calories is difficult to do at first but if you don't know how much your putting in you won't know how much to cut back. One trick: cut out drinks with calories &use a smaller plate.
