Not at all: You have probably reached a plateau. It may take your body time to reach a new patient. The more weight you loose the harder the last few pounds can be. Inital weight loss is water loss mostly. You may want to try medication now. This will help.

Family practice: Keep it up. Don't get discouraged. Sometimes you have to do something differently to get your system back on track. I've had pts go on apple day, 5 apples, for one day. Then get back to dieting and exercise.
