Eat raw foods ; fish: If you eat raw foods like vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, seeds, whole grains, unsweetened almond milk, and fish like wild salmon you should be able to lose weight without counting calories but you will have to be very strict with only eating raw foods and wild fish. Don't blend, juice, or grind the food. Avoid or highly limit oils.
