Hematoma: Very common post-extraction complication. With or without treatment, a hematoma will be present for 7 to 14 days. If concerned, see your dentist/surgeon.

Call your dentist: After surgery, there's a post op appointment that you shouldn't miss. If it was done, it is better to call your dentist and notify about your condition to make sure that there is no secondary infection.

If: If you are concerned, please revisit the Dentist or Zoral Surgeon that did your surgery. You had a surgical procedure. Bruising occurs, and will take time to resolve. But it's always prudent to be reexamine do if you are even the least bit concerned.
