Many possibilities for a grey/white lesion that does not respond to antibiotics. Have your dentist or oral surgeon take a look.

Cheek line opposite where your teeth come together (Occlusal Line) is normal anatomy. Grey patch needs to be examined to be identified. Nystacid is an anti fungal that is prohibited for use in the mouth. Anti fungals appropriate for intra-oral use take weeks, if not months, to be effective. Andolex C is an analgesic to block pain impulses, but will not cure infection. See Periodontist or Dentist.
