Biotin is a nutrient: Taking biotin typical does NOT make you "hairy". It suppose to promote neutron of hair follicles , nail and skin normal growth.it is a co-enzyme and vitamin B. it i OTC supplement and there is not specific recommendation how much to take. It is found in many foods as ( avocado, liver..) it promotes nutrition of skin, nails hairs - but there is no strong evidence . Balance Nutrition is key .
