Often helps, depends: Biotin is not a particularly important supplement for most but does help to control blood sugar & is good for skin & nail health. It may be best taken as part of a complete b complex or multivitamin. Which supps are best for you depends on your diet, genetics & health goals. Most will benefit from extra vit d & vit c as well as a multivit. But best to get most nutrients from a healthy diet!
