A 21-year-old male asked:
I want to start taking supplements. the ones i specifically will get are zinc (30mg), vitamin c (3,000mg), vitamin d3 (400ui) and biotin (5,000mcg). how do i go about easing into all of them? or is it safe to take all at once and take them daily?

You could take multiple vitamins daily, however your choice to take very high doses of certain vitamins may need for you to look into the pros and cons more. The use of megadose of vitamins may not be as beneficial as proposed, because like vitamin C is excreted in the urine if taken at high doses so it is a waste that does not benefit the body. Vitamins could be toxic if too high like vitamin D.
