No: Biotin is a waste of money at any dose. A nail is not a living tissue. It cannot repair itself. You will grow a complete replacement nail in 6 months. The quality of that nail is largely related to how successfully you avoid injuries to it. Avoid glue, solvents, tapes. Minimize wet work. Never push or pinch or cut the cuticle in any way.Keep nails very short and do not attempt to clean under them.
