BiotinBiotout No Dif: Generally, it is recommended to take dietary supplements(vitamins, minerals,etc)with meals. They get mixed-up with the food and absorbed easily. On an empty stomach some may cause some transient pain or nausea. But biotin is pretty gentle, from what I know.So there is no reason not to take it when you asked, so try it. When I take it, it's with food, unless I forgot, then i just take it with water
