Seek second opinion: There are many factors and options that should be considered when choosing how to repair your chipped tooth. If you don't feel comfortable with your dentist opinion, seeking a second opinion for dental treatment is recommended.

Composite Bonding: Composite bonding (white fillings) material is a terrific way to restore teeth. The problem with restoring chips on the edges of teeth, especially lower anteriors, is that the restorations tend to keep breaking off due to biting forces. Discuss your desires with your dentist, but understand the limitations of the procedure.

Chipped incisor: A very small chip repair on the edge of an incisor can be very easily dislodged. Assure your dentist you understand the risks, but the chip really bothers you and you want to have it repaired.
