Not OK.: You're eating too little and exercising too much, and you simply don't need to do that. This will catch up with you at some point and you'll be left malnourished and sick. You would be better served eating more (healthy foods) and exercising less and just being consistent and persistent. Be patient and you'll reach your goal, whatever that may be.
