I was eating around 1200-1400 calories a day along with brisk walking/jogging(60-90mins)for a whole month.i didn't loose any weight!i'm 53kg 165cm, help?

Weight is fine: Bmi is 19.5, well within the normal range of 18-25. Perhaps along with counselling for depression, u may need to discuss why u want to lose more weight. If u are eating & forcing yourself to vomit or are binging & purging, seek help at once as u may have an eating disorder. Work with your doc & your counsellor to overcome the depression and develop more confidence in body image.
