Not necessarily.: It can depend on where you cut the 1400cals from, a 6000cal or a 3000cal diet as long as you have no cardiac or other problems, you should be fine. Keep up the good work! Be sure to keep well hydrated. The only people I would worry about are those who are loosing weight, unintentionally.
