My job involves 4 hours a day of walking around in the morning. i then come home and have a large meal for lunch. a couple of hours later i do a 1 hour cardio workout every other day followed by a snack. then dinner. i have 2,800 calories daily. ok??

Weight : If your weight is ideal and stable, you're doing well with 2800 calories per day. With all your activity, I would have thought you would need slightly more to maintain ideal weight.It's important that you wait those 2 hours to exercise after that large lunch.
