I went to the dentist for filling and didn't feel my lip so i bit my bottom lip and now i have bump

So go: So go back to your Dentist to evaluate the extent of the traumatic injury. Once you have been examined your Dentist can direct the appropriate treatment.

Trauma: You traumatized your lip. It should heal in a few days without any issues. If it doesn't see your dentist for further guidance.

Quite common: Small puncture wounds in the lip usually heal without any treatment other than cleansing with antiseptic or hydrogen peroxide rinses.

No worries: no worries....stop playing with it (I know I would if I just bit my lip). Take some ibuprofen (600mg) if you do not have any medical or allergy issues to control pain and inflammation....stick to softer foods and you will be just fine.
