Just went to the dentist to get fillings the drill and the drill needle on top fell on the ground he picked it up after 2 min but didnt change the head he just spray it i said something and he said it fine could i be infected with something?

I'd trust the dentist. An appropriate disinfectant will kill any pathogens on immediate contact.

I don’t think you could be infected with anything. However, I don’t like what you described. I don’t think that it is a good practice to pick something off the floor. The practitioner did sanitize what fell on the floor, but nonetheless the practitioner picked something off the floor. Most, if not all, offices of Dental Medicine have more than one drill and accessories to use in this case.
