Muscle irritation : Possible causes are muscle or joint irritation due to injection or opening to extended period of time. If this continues, contact dentist and have checked out. Most problems like this generally subside with time.

Will go away: Advil (ibuprofen) as an antiinflammatory ant it should go away in a few days . It is common with mandibular block type of injections.

If my cheek still hurts when I move my mouth a certain way more than 1 day after dental fillings, does that mean the dentist injected anaesthesia in the wrong spot? First and third anaesthesia injection didnt hurt, but the second one was painful?
