Yes/no: yes, if it is high in your bite and it need adjustment No, if it is not in your bite (ie you don't use it to chew with or it does not have an opposing tooth to hit) then that is an issue. temp crown can last 1-2 week and some time much longer (6mo-yrs) depending on the material that it is made of.
