I can only sleep from 3 am - 5 am then im wide,awake and dont fall asleep till 10 am then i sleep till 7 pm. how do i fix this?

Notify your doctor: Recommend starting with practicing good sleep hygiene measures. Avoid any substances that could potentially disrupt sleep, including caffeine, tobacco, alcohol and recreational drugs. Certain prescribed medications can disrupt sleep. Irregular schedules such as shift work, can impact quality. Underlying medical conditions and primary sleep disorders can cause sleep irregularities. Hope this helps.
