Go see ur family doc: Seriously! You need to see your family doc who can refer you as appropriate to a sleep medicine specialist and/or psychiatrist. You also need to tell each of your doctors everything that you're taking so they don't over-medicate you. For instance, both Xanax (alprazolam) & Restoril are benzodiazepines which typically aren't used together, certainly not for insomnia at such a young age. Very addicting & risky.
