Think, Think!!!!!!!!: No doubt, your flat feet have been with you for some time now. I doubt the flatness is the immediate cause of your pain. Having said that, try to think of something that you did just before you began having the issue. Possibly shoes, activity, of increase in activity are examples. Find the cause and stop doing it. In the meantime try heat, Advil (ibuprofen) and rest to begin the fix. If no success, see a doc.
