need help docs! my arch in my right foot hurts, any one know why?

Possible: Plantar fascitis. Ice the arch, stretch it, massage it, take an antiinflammatory if not contraindicated and wear an orthotic or arch support.

Wear a heeled shoe: Barefoot walking will increase pain. Heeled shoes will feel better .Get checked out and get orthotics.

Arch hurts: As stated these options help . See your podiatrist for an evaluation to ensure that the pain isn't something else

Sure: Did you mean corns? If so, there is usually an underlying bony prominence which can be shaven down.
