Won't work: If you believe the deviated septum is in the way of the flonase spray reaching up to your nasal cavity, then you're not taking it right to start with. You should direct the nozzle inside your nose backwards and towards your ear not towards your septum and not towards your eyes,adding the medicines to the saline in the neti pot won't be of value due to dilution and will be rinsed,it's meant to stay

No: If a deviated septum is severe enough to impede flonase, see an ENT if you need surgery to correct your septum. While sometimes medications can be added to a netipot, this is usually an off-label indication for FDA-approved medications and we cannot recommend that here.
