How to get rid of intermittent nausea from post nasal drip? its been 5 days. taking mucinex dm, flonase, saline spray. scratchy throat, sore sinuses. ugh. at my wits end. no fever. the mucus is still so thick.

Nasal saline rinse : Some nasal saline rinses are designed to deliver high volumes of saline. Neilmed kits are one example. Your PCP may determine that a course of antibiotics are indicated. A flu vaccination is recommended annually. Watch for signs of cough, fever and chills.
