Can you take saline nose spray and flonase?

Yes: Absolutely. Just do it in correct order. Nasal saline flushes first, then the topical steroid spray to remain in nose for effect on the mucosa. If you do it in reverse order, you simply flush out the Flonase before it has a chance to work.
