Yes: Absolutely. Just do it in correct order. Nasal saline flushes first, then the topical steroid spray to remain in nose for effect on the mucosa. If you do it in reverse order, you simply flush out the Flonase before it has a chance to work.

Yes: If you take the Flonase about 15 to 30 minutes after the saline irrigation, that would be acceptable. You do not want to take the Flonase immediately after the saline because you would dilute the effect of the topical nasal steroid (flonase). In addition, you should not take the saline immediately after the Flonase because you would dilute the steroid.
