A member asked:

I've been using flonase for a couple of weeks and every night i do a saline irrigation. the medication isn't really helping stop my post nasal drip fully. is the saline spray reducing the effectiveness? i know to builds up so should i stop saline?

PND: You may have allergies causing the PND. The saline should be helping and won't reduce the effectiveness of the flonase. You should see an ENT doctor for further evaluation.
