I have a deviated septum and chronic rhinitis/congestion all year long. ent told me to spray flonase corticosteroid. if i use this daily will it damage my nose or weaken my immune system? does it make anxiety disorders worse?

Locally applied steroid nasal sprays are metabolized (used & broken down) at the site of application. No amount in high enough quantity to affect your immune system is absorbed into the blood. It will also not damage your nose if used as directed. These meds are available over the counter in many forms because they have a proven safety profile over many years before OTC status was granted.
