I have covid related turbinate hypertrophy. the right side of my nose is worse than the left side. i was told by my ent to use flonase for six weeks. i am coming up on three weeks with no results. will using saline spray also help with this problem?

Using nasal saline and removing mucus is often helpful prior to the Flonase dose. The Flonase should be sprayed outward, away from the septum. Continue medication recommended by your physician. Watch for signs of fever and headache.
