Quite adequate.: Adding a daily allergy med, may be considered. Immunocap allergy blood test may be considered. Ensure there are no polyps, by a proper nasal passage assessment.

How often?: I presume that you have more than 4 bouts of sinusitis a year when you said "again". If so you need a sinus ct to ascertain if there is any anatomic obstruction to the sinus openings. If not, you may need an immunologic evaluation. Check with an allergist if no obstruction is found.
