Teen body building: All exercise is good for your body, when done correctly and in moderation. Push ups will tone pecs and triceps but not much else. Add pull-ups, sit-ups, leg lifts to tone other muscle groups. You MUST ask a professional trainer to show you correct lifting form prior to weight lifting, though. Eat a BALANCED diet, not just milk and cheese. Lean meats (fish, chicken breast) are great protein sources
