You can help build: Muscle w/protein and burn fat w/exercise. Exercise will also help you to build muscle because we tear muscle fibers apart when exercising and when the grow back together they create more muscle mass. Peace and good health. Higher protein and lower carb can be good but see doc first. Italian food can be high carb.
