Burning calories: Takes place w/any exertion. We burn fat first and then muscle. It's dangerous to burn muscle. Sounds like you have a good exercise program. Do you want to loose weight? See your doc and then consider a low carb diet which will burn fat for fuel rather than sugar. Peace and good health.
