i'm trying to gain weight bmi of 16. is it healthier to drink full fat milk/yoghurt or stick to low fat? i've increased carbs and calories.

Weight gain: Fat has much more calories than carbohydrates or protein. the question is whether you can tolerate fat or it gives you diarrhea. You should be checked for malabsorption if you have symptoms
