Findings: Findings on radiographic studies sometimes can be misleading. Usually there are findings that are benign and mean nothing more than there is something there without any significance. As far as seeing a urologist it would depend onto he reason for the MRI in the first place. If you were having left sided back pain it could be caused by a renal stone which could explain the MRI findings. talk tp MD
